I 've always liked manual mincers, as I can control how small I need to chop my vegetables. I love this product: it's super tough and I'm already in my second in the last 6 years. Try making sauce and guacamole, you can make them here with maximum precision!
This thing is tiny and literally fits in the palm of your hand. But it chops garlic cloves like it's no one's business. I LOVE garlic, and this has made it so easy for me to buy a few bulbs of garlic and chop it all up ahead of time (then place on oil to keep it). It is dishwasher safe so it's easy to clean.
Okay I used to minced a lot of garlic and onions for every dishes that I have. It gets really tiring. With this little monster I can just so all the garment in there and pull the string a couple of time and everything is minced. If you keep pulling it it will dice it into pudding. Which is awesome I can use it for my sauce.
It's small, very easy to use, and works great. I will continue to buy in the future.
