Product received as described but you can't rate quality of product so here is my review. I found the metal was scratched but it didn't seem to be the seller's fault as it is a manufacturing problem. The seller packaged the product well to prevent damage during shipment. The finish on the underside of the metal when the slot was cut was not properly done and you can see file marks throughout. Overall, I would rate the product quality as 7 out of 10.
